‘Total Immersion PCE’ puts Imperator players in center of
ultra-comfortable, explosive multimedia gaming experience

(LOS ANGELES, May 18th 2005) - Personal Computing Environments today unveiled the “Total Immersion PCE,” its second-generation ergonomic computing environment, at Mythic Entertainment’s E3 booth, in Concourse Hall booth #5001C. The environments turn the idea of a gaming or computer station inside out, making players the comfortable centerpiece of a personalized command center, with high performance computing, gaming and entertainment technology at their fingertips.

PCE is showcasing eight new Total Immersion PCEs with strategic partner Mythic, which is using the new gaming delivery system to demonstrate its powerful new MMORPG title, Imperator.

PCEs are fully adjustable from footrest to monitors, and ultra comfortable for extended playing, notes Quattrin. “And they’re not limited to gaming: one person’s ultimate gaming environment is another’s ergonomic workstation or personal home theater.”

A striking C-styled frame design extends one or more LCD monitors directly overhead and in front of the user, and a 5.1 digital THD sound package can be added to surround players in multimedia nirvana. The modular design and C-Channel make it easy to integrate new platforms, PCs and entertainment devices.
